General Return Policy

All orders placed with Tienkearly are treated as final sale.

We do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, personal preference, or no longer needing the product.

Returns, refunds, or replacements may only be considered if the product arrives with a verified quality problem, visible damage, or if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your package carefully as soon as it is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. In most cases, approved refunds will appear within 7–12 business days after they are processed.

Please note that Tienkearly cannot control delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or third-party payment providers.


Exchanges

We do not provide standard product exchanges.

A replacement may only be offered when an item is confirmed by our support team to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Replacement eligibility will be determined after we review the information, photos, or video you provide.


Unauthorized Returns

Please do not return any product without first contacting our customer support team and receiving written instructions.

Packages sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund, replacement, exchange, store credit, or any other form of resolution.
