Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next available business day. Orders placed during the weekend are generally dispatched from the following Monday, depending on warehouse and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery time is usually 10–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

5. Split Shipments
If your order includes more than one item, your products may be shipped separately.
This can happen when items are fulfilled from different warehouses or when shipping separately helps speed up delivery. If your order is split into multiple packages, each shipment may receive its own tracking number.
Receiving one item first does not necessarily mean the rest of your order is missing.

8. If Your Shipment Is Taking Longer Than Expected
